By accessing or using the Unicrore platform, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our Services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Offered

Unicrore provides financial technology services including goal-based portfolio management, automated SIP/SWP execution, algorithmic trading strategies, and expert financial planning. All investment decisions are guided by our team and executed via registered broker partners.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including SEBI regulations and income tax laws.

5. Investment Risk

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Unicrore does not guarantee any returns. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

6. Fees and Charges

Unicrore charges a fee of 1% per transaction on every portfolio deployment and SIP installment, and ₹20 per lot on Strat 3 algo trades executed on pledged capital. All applicable taxes will be charged additionally.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on this platform are the exclusive property of Unicrore. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Unicrore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any investment decisions made based on our services.

9. Amendments

Unicrore reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, Kerala.
