1. General Investment Risks

All investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. The value of investments may go up or down based on various factors including market conditions, economic environment, regulatory changes, and company-specific events. Unicrore does not guarantee any returns.

2. Equity Risk

Investments in equities and equity-related instruments are subject to high volatility. The NAV of equity-based portfolios can fluctuate significantly on a daily basis. Investors may receive less than the amount invested.

3. Algorithmic Trading Risk (Strat 3 Algo)

• The Strat 3 Algo operates on options selling strategies on pledged ETF capital.
• Maximum risk at any point is capped at approximately 4% of deployed capital.
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or extreme market events may affect algo performance.
• Past performance of the algo does not guarantee future results.
• Options trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

4. Pledging Risk

When ETFs are pledged for margin, the broker applies a haircut (typically 10-20%). In the event of margin shortfall, positions may be liquidated. The pledged securities remain yours but cannot be sold until unpledged.

5. Liquidity Risk

Some investments may not be easily liquidated. Mutual fund redemptions are subject to exit loads and settlement timelines. ETFs can be sold during market hours subject to market liquidity.

6. Regulatory Risk

Changes in government policies, tax laws, or SEBI regulations may affect investment values and strategies. Unicrore will make best efforts to adapt to regulatory changes but cannot guarantee continuity of all services.

7. Technology Risk

Our services are dependent on technology infrastructure. System outages, cybersecurity incidents, or connectivity failures may temporarily disrupt access to the platform or delay order execution.
